To use certain features of our platform, you must register for an account. You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to register for an account.

2.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

To become a Vuno Kejani agent, you must complete our registration process, provide required documentation, and agree to specific agent terms outlined in a separate agent agreement.

4.2 Commission Structure

Agents will receive commissions according to the structure outlined in their agent agreement. All commission disputes must be reported within 30 days of transaction completion.

4.3 Professional Conduct

Agents agree to maintain professional standards, provide accurate property information, and comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations in Kenya.

5. Property Listings

5.1 Listing Accuracy

All property listings must be accurate, complete, and not misleading. Vuno Kejani reserves the right to remove any listing that violates this requirement.

5.2 Listing Ownership

By submitting a property listing, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to list the property and that all information provided is accurate.

5.3 Prohibited Listings

You may not list properties that are illegal, fraudulent, or violate any applicable laws or regulations. We reserve the right to remove any listing at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Platform Content

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Vuno Kejani or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 User Content

By submitting content to our platform, you grant Vuno Kejani a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with our services.

6.3 Trademarks

The Vuno Kejani name and logo are trademarks of our company. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

7. Payments and Fees

7.1 Service Fees

Certain services on our platform may require payment of fees. All fees are stated in Kenyan Shillings and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Payment Processing

We use third-party payment processors to handle all payment transactions. By making a payment through our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of our payment processors.

7.3 Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes applicable to your use of our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vuno Kejani shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or your use of our platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Vuno Kejani does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the platform. Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vuno Kejani and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of our platform or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
