Vuno Kejani is a three-sided marketplace connecting property seekers with verified local agents and landlords across Kenya. We specialize in both house hunting and hostel hunting near universities and institutions.
We operate with a maximum of 15 agents per county, each receiving equal territories (neighborhoods or institutions). This ensures fair opportunity and maximum profit for every agent while providing clients with dedicated local experts.
Clients pay a 10% service fee via M-PESA STK push. After deducting agent expenses (transport, data, etc.), the remaining balance is split 50/50 between Vuno Kejani and the agent. Agents withdraw their earnings directly to M-PESA.
We have specialized agents covering hostels near universities, colleges, and institutions across Kenya. This vertical serves the massive student and parent market with peak seasons during intake periods.
